Responsibilities
Professionally assist customers with concerns and/or questions that may be discussed during the transaction and refer to Supervisor or other departments as needed
Work towards achieving continued satisfaction and retention of existing customers by promoting and educating them about products that will further benefit their banking experience with RCB Bank
Balance drawer at the end of shift and report any outages to Teller Supervisor
Qualification
Required
Minimum one (1) year of proven customer service experience
Customer service and cash handling experience
Previous experience in banking and knowledge of banking processes
High school diploma or GED
You have a desire to learn the products and services RCB offers to assist customers
You have basic clerical and process skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
You have strong reading, writing, and mathematical skills
You can communicate clearly and effectively with customers and co-workers
You can manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
You can adapt to changing work environments
You care about your community and have a desire to be involved
Preferred
Previous experience as a floater
Understanding of time accounts and IRAs
