The role focuses on modernizing an existing Experience Cloud origination platform and migrating legacy Salesforce implementations to OmniStudio solutions.

Responsibilities
Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce applications supporting origination workflows
Build and maintain OmniStudio components, including:
+ OmniScripts
+ Integration Procedures
Develop and customize Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions
Create and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and controllers
Configure Salesforce permissions, profiles, and access controls
Support Salesforce integrations and data flows
Collaborate with analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and platform optimization
Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
5–7 years of Salesforce development experience
Strong hands-on experience with: Apex, OmniScripts, Integration Procedures
Experience developing within Salesforce Experience Cloud
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently in an onsite enterprise environment
