The role involves conducting quality inspections of customer orders, documenting findings, and supporting process improvements within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
Conduct onsite quality inspections of customer orders, including scanning and verifying palletized inventory prior to stowing
Identify discrepancies, document findings with photo evidence, and assign appropriate variance types
Complete detailed post-inspection reports and upload inspection outputs in a timely manner
Follow documented SOPs precisely to ensure consistency and accuracy in all inspections
Respond promptly to follow-up questions from the client and project team
Provide insights to support process improvements, operational excellence, and efficiency enhancements
Support the project team with data gathering, analysis, and documentation as needed
Assist with preparing reports, findings, and presentations for stakeholders
Travel to other client locations when required (by car or air)
Qualification
Required
0–2 years of experience in quality assurance, inventory, operations, retail, warehouse, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes exactly
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Dependable, punctual, and able to meet strict timelines
Comfortable working non-traditional hours and retail-style schedules
Willingness and ability to travel as needed (must be within 50 miles of a major airport if air travel is required)
Ability to learn quickly and successfully complete client observation and inspection certification
