Responsibilities
Support the preparation of financial forecasts, budgets, and cash flow projections
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and implement process improvements to enhance financial performance
Report Key Performance Indicators at monthly management meetings
Draft, review, and update company policies and procedures to ensure clarity and compliance
Maintain an organized and accessible repository of policies in Confluence for company-wide use
Work closely with Optimized Payments’ accounting firm to ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit readiness
Act as a key point of contact for internal teams on financial operations and budget inquiries
Utilize Carta for managing equity plans, cap table administration, and ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with equity-related policies and reporting requirements
Collaborate with suppliers using invoicing platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, and Bill.com to ensure timely and accurate transactions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
5+ years of experience in financial management or operations, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or Business Central) is required
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
Proven track record of process improvement and financial system implementation
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Preferred
CPA or MBA is a plus
