Responsibilities
Monitor and resolve service requests efficiently and accurately
Provide first and second-tier support for user applications and escalate infrastructure issues

Qualification
Required
BS/BA in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
5-7 years of IT Helpdesk experience required
Experience with cloud technologies and excellent technical knowledge of hardware and mobile devices
Strong understanding of network protocols and operating systems
Proficiency with helpdesk and remote-control tools
