Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth study operations
Engage directly with potential and enrolled study participants
Analyze protocol-specific requirements and implement measures to ensure compliance
Coordinate research projects of low to moderate complexity
Provide additional support as needed to facilitate research activities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in a scientific field such as Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology, or related discipline
Experience in an assistant-level role within pharmaceutical clinical trials
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to work independently under limited supervision
