Account Manager - HVAC Service and Preventative Maintenance

Responsibilities
Manage a book of service & maintenance accounts; grow revenue year over year
Prospect and close new preventative maintenance / HVAC / mechanical service agreements
Conduct site visits, system assessments, and present proposals to decision makers
Coordinate with operations and service teams to deliver on your promises
Monitor account performance, margins, churn, and renewal metrics
Use CRM / sales tools to track pipeline and forecast
Represent Legacy Mechanical and Crete United professionally with clients
Qualification
Required
5+ years in account management or sales within HVAC, mechanical, MEP, or facility services
Proven ability to sell service contracts and maintenance programs
A consultative sales style — able to diagnose problems, articulate ROI, and build long-term trust
Technical fluency—comfortable discussing mechanical, HVAC, piping, controls, etc
Strong organizational and communication skills
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
