Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Airtable applications that streamline project management, ERP operations, sales operations, and more
Collaborate with team members to design user-friendly interface pages that convey critical information to clients
Work directly with clients to outline project progress, triage issues, and provide training and documentation
Assist in troubleshooting and optimizing existing Airtable applications
Migrate data from existing databases (both on and off Airtable) to our clients' new Airtable base(s)
Automate communication between 3rd-party systems like QuickBooks and Airtable using native and Make/Zapier automations
Qualification
Required
Experience with no-code app development
Familiarity with Airtable
Ability to develop and maintain Airtable applications
Collaboration skills to design user-friendly interface pages
Experience working directly with clients to outline project progress and provide training
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize existing Airtable applications
Experience migrating data from existing databases to Airtable
Ability to automate communication between 3rd-party systems and Airtable
Preferred
Experience creating automations in Make, Zapier, or N8N
Expertise in LLM coding tools and IDEs that integrate them (Claude Code, Antigravity, Git Hub Copilot, etc.)
Web design background with an eye for UI/UX design
Experience in database design and structure
Business operations or consulting experience
