Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end project management for data and reporting initiatives supporting contact center operations
Define and manage project scope, success criteria, deliverables, timelines, resources, and budgets
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, IT, Analytics, Training, Workforce Management (WFM), Quality Assurance (QA), and external vendors
Facilitate workshops, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), and rollout planning
Identify risks, dependencies, and issues; develop mitigation plans and escalate as needed
Drive change management and communication strategies to support adoption by agents, supervisors, and leadership
Track, monitor, and report project status, metrics, and outcomes to senior stakeholders
Ensure compliance with quality standards, security requirements, and SLAs throughout project delivery
Conduct post-implementation reviews and document lessons learned for continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
5+ years of Project Management experience, with direct involvement in data, reporting, or analytics-driven projects
Proven experience working with analytics and database teams
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, or Asana
Strong financial acumen, including experience managing project budgets and forecasts
Preferred
PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification
Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
Experience leading change management initiatives for large-scale technology or operational transformations
