Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and engage with content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn to showcase new listings and community highlights
Content Creation: Produce engaging digital assets, including property flyers, short-form videos (Reels/TikToks), and blog posts related to real estate trends
Lead Generation: Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads / Google Ads) to generate inquiries for our realtors
Email Marketing: Design and send monthly newsletters and automated drip campaigns to our client database
SEO & Website Maintenance: Update our website with new listings and ensure site content is optimized for local search results
Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on key metrics (engagement, click-through rates, and conversion) to refine marketing strategies
Qualification
Required
2+ years in digital marketing (Real Estate or service-industry experience is a major plus)
Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, and email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp or HubSpot)
Strong copywriting skills with an eye for detail and brand consistency
A passion for visual storytelling and keeping up with the latest social media trends
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
