Oversee financial reporting, accounting, and internal controls in a public-company-ready environment
Support capital markets activity across debt and equity instruments
Partner with senior leadership on capital allocation, liquidity planning, and long-term financial planning
Lead treasury oversight, cash management, and risk processes
Coordinate with external auditors, legal counsel, and financial advisors
Help develop clear financial materials for boards and investors
Qualification
Required
7–12+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or related roles

Experience supporting debt and/or equity transactions
Strong foundation in financial reporting, controls, and governance
