Engage with prospective clients through outbound calling, warm calling, and telemarketing to generate new business leads and nurture existing relationships

Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate technology or service solutions

Negotiate terms and close sales deals effectively while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction

Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, update client information, and manage sales pipelines

Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outreach strategies that enhance lead generation efforts

Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape to inform sales strategies

Required

Knowledge of technical sales processes and ability to explain complex solutions clearly to clients

Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Ability to work independently within a team environment in a fast-paced setting
