Responsibilities

Responds to inbound inquiries from web submissions, demo requests, events, and referrals in a timely and professional manner
Leads structured discovery conversations to understand prospect goals, requirements, timelines, and overall fit
Qualifies inbound leads based on established criteria and internal processes
Schedules meetings and coordinate seamless handoffs to Sales Representatives or senior sales team members
Maintains accurate and complete records of all prospect interactions within the CRM system
Ensures clear and consistent transitions of qualified opportunities to the sales team
Conducts ongoing follow-up with inbound prospects to support progression through the early stages of the sales process
Collaborates with sales, marketing, and client success teams to support pipeline growth and operational efficiency

Required

Prior experience in sales, customer service, account coordination, or a related client facing role
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
