Responsibilities

Partner with sales teams to drive enterprise opportunities
Deliver compelling product demos and technical presentations
Design automation solutions aligned with customer business processes
Support POCs, pilots, and technical evaluations
Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers

Required

Background in automation, programming, or engineering
Hands-on experience with RPA tools (Automation Anywhere preferred; UiPath, Power Automate, Blue Prism acceptable)
Knowledge of OCR/ICR technologies
Experience working with cloud hyperscalers (Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, AWS) is a strong plus
Worked in BPO/GSI enterprise selling
Strong understanding of business processes in sectors (not exhaustive): Banking, Manufacturing, Automotive, Telecom
Hands-on knowledge of processes such as (not exhaustive): Finance & Accounting, HR processes, Customer Service operations
Experience in B2B SaaS environments
Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Understanding of enterprise sales cycles and frameworks such as MEDDPICC
5–10 years of relevant experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a similar customer-facing technical role
