Responsibilities
Lead month-end close (journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
Prepare and analyze financial statements and variances
Manage cash, bank, and intercompany reconciliations
Ensure GAAP compliance and accurate financial reporting
Drive process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Qualification
Required
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting
4+ years of accounting experience including month-end close activities
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred
Construction accounting and/or job costing experience a plus
Advanced Excel skills with QuickBooks a plus
CPA preferred
