Field Account Manager
Redi Carpet is the nation’s largest multi-family flooring provider, and they are seeking a Field Account Manager to expand their presence in the Atlanta metro market. The role involves driving sales growth, developing new business, and delivering tailored flooring solutions to multifamily communities.
Responsibilities
Exceed sales and profit goals across the greater Atlanta territory
Prospect and secure new accounts through market research, networking, and consistent outreach
Build and maintain a high-quality pipeline using Salesforce
Conduct in-person client visits to identify needs and present tailored, value-based flooring solutions
Navigate challenges, objections, and competitive situations with professionalism
Plan and forecast sales activities and competitive pricing
Use Salesforce data to identify growth opportunities and underperforming accounts
Partner with inside sales to support account development and enhance customer satisfaction
Work independently to prioritize business development and resolve complex issues
Travel locally across the Atlanta metro (with minimal overnight travel)
Qualification
Required
5–8 years of related experience with BS/BA
3–5 years of related experience with MS/MA
An acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) is required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Experience in the flooring or multifamily industry strongly preferred
B2B sales experience, ideally using consultative or solution-based selling approaches
Proficiency with Salesforce
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
