ANALYST I
The California Department of Tax and Fee Administration (CDTFA) is seeking an Analyst I to assist with various analytical projects and resolve taxpayer complaints. The role involves monitoring customer satisfaction surveys, providing reports, and serving as a liaison for personnel matters within the TRA Office.

Responsibilities
Assist or personally handle various analytical projects as assigned by the Chief
Investigate and assist in resolving taxpayer complaints and problems
Monitor the Customer Satisfaction Surveys, evaluate responses from the survey, and provide reports and recommendations to the TRA Chief
Perform advisory services to taxpayers and other governmental agencies by phone or in writing
Act as the office’s training and travel coordinator and HR liaison for personnel matters related to the TRA Office and other Executive Office teams as needed
Assist team members with research on taxpayer account history and perform other related duties as necessary
Qualification
Required
All applicants will be considered, however SROA/Surplus candidates will be given priority
Under Government Code 14200, this position may be eligible for partial telework for eligible candidates residing in California
