Responsibilities
Represent clients in estate planning, probate, real estate, business formation, and litigation matters
Draft and review estate planning documents, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and related instruments
Guide families and fiduciaries through probate administration and court processes
Support litigation matters tied to probate, fiduciary disputes, and related client needs
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings/motions, and prepare written advocacy
Communicate clearly with clients, courts, and opposing counsel to move matters forward efficiently
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a supportive, professional team environment
Contribute to firm growth by identifying opportunities for expanded practice offerings
Qualification
Required
3–7 years of legal experience required
Active Washington Bar membership required
Strong legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
Experience managing client matters with professionalism and discretion
Ability to prioritize deadlines and handle multiple matters at once
Excellent communication skills and strong client-service mindset
Preferred
At least 2 years of experience in estate planning, probate, and litigation preferred
