Responsibilities

Own full P&L for the DTC channel, including revenue growth, contribution margin, CAC, LTV, and retention
Set and execute the DTC growth roadmap across site experience, merchandising, CRO, and promotions
Lead Shopify optimization including PDPs, bundles, subscriptions, checkout, and site architecture
Drive conversion rate improvements through testing, data, and customer insight
Own promotional strategy and calendar in partnership with Marketing and Finance
Own marketplace strategy, performance, and profitability across all active platforms
Manage Amazon channel end-to-end including listings, content, pricing, promotions, and inventory alignment
Partner with retail and ops teams to ensure marketplace execution aligns with broader brand and retail strategy
Identify and launch new marketplace opportunities when accretive to the business
Use data to guide decisions across funnel performance, cohort behavior, and channel efficiency
Build reporting and dashboards that clearly communicate performance, risks, and opportunities
Continuously pressure-test assumptions and identify levers for profitable growth
Lead and develop internal channel managers and agency partners
Serve as a key cross-functional leader working with Creative, Marketing, Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance
Bring structure, clarity, and urgency to execution while maintaining high standards

Required

8–12 years of direct experience leading DTC & Marketplaces, with full ownership of eCommerce revenue, growth strategy, and P&L outcomes
Demonstrated success operating at a Director level (or equivalent), owning channel performance end-to-end rather than advisory or support functions
4+ years of experience within consumer goods, operating in digital-first or omni-channel environments (CPG, food & beverage, sports nutrition, wellness, or adjacent categories)
Proven experience managing and scaling third-party marketplaces, with deep, hands-on Amazon ownership strongly preferred
Experience operating within a high-growth, performance-driven consumer brand where speed, accountability, and profitability matter

Preferred

Prior experience in sports nutrition, supplements, wellness, or functional food
Familiarity with subscription-based consumer models
