Senior Resolution Analyst
Magid is a leading manufacturer, distributor, and importer of hand protection and safety products. As a Senior Resolution Analyst, you will play a key role in maintaining strong customer relationships by managing account collections, resolving discrepancies, and ensuring smooth communication across departments.

Responsibilities
Research and resolve past due invoices on customer accounts
Recognize trends on customers’ accounts and adjust prevent invoices from going past due
Review often each day customers’ order holds. Analyze account, resolve any discrepancies and determine if customers’ orders can be released
Assist all customers with their requests/ needs
Collaborate with our customers via phone, e-mail, etc. to resolve issues
Accessing, examining and extracting data from customer web portals
Enter comments to record collection activities
Qualification
Required
Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail required
Strong technical abilities
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel and Outlook) required
Experience with customer web portals/Internet searches
Strong negotiation, analytical (deduction analysis), and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to create and foster relationships with internal and external customers
High school diploma required
Minimum of 3 years of Collections or related experience required, preferably within a distribution company and/or selling to retail customers
Preferred
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
