Global Applications Solution is looking for a seasoned Oracle EBS SCM Consultant with strong Order to Cash (O2C), Manufacturing, and Procure to Pay (P2P) experience. Responsibilities

Support and enhance Oracle EBS SCM modules with focus on O2C, Manufacturing, and Purchasing (P2P)
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions
Perform issue resolution, root cause analysis (RCA) , and recommend fixes for complex production issues
Support testing, validation, and deployment of customizations and enhancements
Coordinate onsite-offshore teams and manage work deliverables
Work closely with business SMEs, technical teams, and process consultants
Participate in functional testing and ensure timely delivery across tracks
Identify automation opportunities and process improvements
Communicate status, risks, and progress clearly to client and leadership teams

Required

9+ years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience
Strong functional expertise in: Order to Cash (O2C)
Strong functional expertise in: Manufacturing
Strong functional expertise in: Procure to Pay (P2P)
Proven experience in support and/or implementation projects
Strong understanding of business processes and system integrations
Experience handling incident, problem, and change management
Ability to work in a 100% onsite environment in Minneapolis, MN
Willingness to travel within the US, if required

Preferred

Ability to clearly articulate business requirements and solution designs
Experience coordinating with business users, cross-functional teams, and leadership
Prior experience leading or mentoring teams (5–10 members) is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience working in a global delivery / offshore-on-site model
