They are seeking a senior Salesforce Platform / Product Architect to guide the design and build of a managed package for multiple customer Salesforce orgs, focusing on architecture, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce architecture decisions for a multi-customer managed package
Define what belongs in the core product vs customer-specific configuration
Design clean, upgrade-safe data models and automation patterns
Guide managed package structure, versioning, and release strategy
Evaluate integration boundaries and external system handoffs
Identify architectural risks and tradeoffs early
Partner with developers to ensure implementation aligns with long-term platform best practices
Act as a technical advisor during Discovery and early build phases
Qualification
Required
Deep experience with Salesforce platform architecture (objects, automation, security)
Experience designing solutions intended for multiple Salesforce orgs
Strong understanding of managed packages and upgrade considerations (or equivalent ISV experience)
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable platform design
Comfortable pushing back on scope and assumptions when needed
Clear communicator with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Previous experience working on Salesforce ISV or AppExchange products
Integration experience with external systems or APIs
Familiarity with regulated or financial services environments (not required)
