They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business development, build relationships with key decision-makers, and grow PACE’s client network.
Responsibilities
Research and identify high-potential startups and companies in AI, Robotics, HPC, and Software Engineering
Reach out to founders, executives, and decision-makers to start conversations
Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
Share insights into PACE’s services and solutions in a clear, approachable way
Track market trends and company news to identify opportunities
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in any field
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Motivated to learn about sales and business development
Comfortable with outreach, lead generation, and following up with prospects
Interested in growing into account management or sales leadership
