Responsibilities
Design and deliver structured AI and data science training modules for learners at different skill levels
Guide participants through hands-on projects covering the full AI development lifecycle, with a focus on full-cycle prompting
Provide clear, actionable written and verbal feedback to improve learner performance
Collaborate with the customer’s team to continuously refine training content and materials
Create assessments, project challenges, and interactive exercises to evaluate learner understanding
Mentor learners by resolving questions and challenges in a solution-oriented manner
Communicate complex AI and data science concepts clearly and effectively
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field
Hands-on experience working on AI-driven or data science projects
Experience with full-cycle AI prompting and model development workflows
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with good organizational and time management skills
Familiarity with modern machine learning frameworks and data science tools
Comfortable collaborating remotely using digital tools and platforms
