Responsibilities
Serve as the key technology partner for a cluster of schools, ensuring reliable, high‑quality IT services that support teaching, learning, and operational excellence
Take full ownership of IT service performance, leading school‑based technicians and maintaining strong service standards across multiple sites
Act as the bridge between schools and regional or Group technology teams, translating local needs into clear requirements
Support the delivery of technology initiatives and ensure successful adoption of shared platforms and ways of working
Help schools maximise the value of technology and introduce meaningful innovation through proactive service management, trusted relationships, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
Strong IT service management capability
Leadership skills
Ability to build trusted relationships with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience managing IT services across multiple sites
Leading IT teams
Resolving incidents
Driving service quality
A degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
Continuous-improvement mindset
Commitment to enhancing the technology experience for students, staff, and school leaders
Preferred
ITSM or project management certifications
