This high-impact role involves leading system design decisions and partnering closely with Finance, Operations, and Technology leaders to ensure systems scale reliably as the organization grows.

Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end architecture for NetSuite and connected platforms (CRM, billing, payroll, integrations, reporting)
Serve as the NetSuite technical lead, guiding configuration, customization, and best practices
Design and oversee system integrations using APIs, middleware, or iPaaS solutions
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable system designs
Define architecture standards, documentation, and governance
Evaluate tools, vendors, and build vs. buy decisions
Partner with stakeholders to balance speed, quality, and long‑term scalability
Provide technical guidance to internal teams and external partners
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience with ERP or enterprise systems
Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience in a complex environment
Strong understanding of accounting systems, ERP data models, and controls
Experience with system integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, iPaaS, middleware)
Ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteCloud Developer)
Experience with iPaaS tools (Celigo, Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft)
CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
Multi-entity, SaaS, or professional services background
Exposure to analytics, BI, or data platforms
