Responsibilities
Work closely with the Account Managers and provide contract and full time IT staffing support to clients of PMG Global
Locate a matching candidate from online resource databanks like Dice and LinkedIn and send them to the undersigned
Verify the technical claims made by the candidate by screening them over the phone and/or in person with in depth technical Q&A type tests
Verify the education of the shortlisted candidate by calling on the education institutions mentioned in their resume
Submit 1-2 matching resumes for each job requirement received within a 24-hour period
Contact candidates to determine their performance on the interview and provide necessary feedback to the undersigned
Qualification
Required
Sharp, positive, cheerful, highly persistent, and a quick learner
Great attitude and ability to relate to candidates over the phone
Excellent phone skills
Ability to relate to candidates from diverse backgrounds
Ability to provide on the job training for the first 3 months
Must match all technical skills in the requirement
Possess necessary soft skills like integrity, attitude, aptitude, and good oral and written communication
Must meet the compensation needs of each requirement
Must be available to provide services in the location mentioned in the job requirement
Must provide services for the duration of the project mentioned in the job specification
Verify technical claims made by candidates through screening over the phone and/or in person
Verify education of shortlisted candidates by contacting educational institutions
Submit 1-2 matching resumes for each job requirement received
Provide matching resumes within the shortest possible turnaround time, preferably within a 24-hour period
Ensure candidate availability for interviews on the date and time mentioned by the client
Document all calls and phone screens on a spreadsheet and email a copy at the end of each day
Preferred
Candidates who live within a 10 mile radius of our office
Fresh graduates (BA or BS or Associate Degree)
Good knowledge about information technology
Familiar with basic technical jargon (like relational databases, Java, .Net, business analyst, project manager, different programming languages)
