Client Experience Coordinator
Blyss Journeys is seeking a Client Experience Coordinator who enjoys helping people and keeping things organized. In this role, you will be a reliable point of support for clients, handling communication and coordinating requests to ensure a smooth and thoughtful experience.

Responsibilities
Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Support day-to-day coordination and assist with service-related requests
Share clear, accurate information tailored to each clients needs
Keep client records organized and up to date
Proactively follow up to ensure a positive and consistent client experience
Use internal tools and systems to manage workflows efficiently
Qualification
Required
A clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Open to learning new tools, systems, and processes
Committed to delivering professional, consistent client support
Preferred
Experience in customer service, administrative roles, hospitality, or retail is helpful—but not required
