Required

12+ years of experience in enterprise and large-enterprise B2B SaaS marketing, with deep expertise in integrated marketing, campaign marketing, or demand generation
Proven success driving pipeline and revenue impact through global, multi-channel campaigns tied to measurable business outcomes
Strong experience marketing to complex buying centers, with a clear understanding of enterprise personas, decision dynamics, and long sales cycles
Demonstrated experience leading and executing global campaigns across North America, EMEA, and APAC
Hands-on experience with 6sense, Marketo, Qualified, SalesLoft, and AI-driven marketing platforms to orchestrate enterprise campaigns and accelerate pipeline
5+ years of people leadership experience; a proven player-coach who can develop talent while remaining close to execution
Highly data-driven, with the ability to connect marketing performance to pipeline, revenue, and sales velocity
Strong cross-functional leadership skills and comfort effectively influencing senior stakeholders
Excellent communication, storytelling, and organizational skills
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrixed, global organizations
Positive energy, resilience, and high standards; you inspire teams, celebrate wins, and learn quickly from setbacks

Preferred

Experience marketing to regulated or highly complex industries such as Insurance, Financial Services, and/or Healthcare strongly preferred
