Responsibilities
Coordinate project transition and start-up processes to ensure seamless execution from pre-construction through mobilization
Develop, monitor, and control project budgets and schedules to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
Oversee and manage project cash flow, including forecasting, billing, and cost control
Supervise, mentor, and evaluate the performance of direct reports and project team members
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle
Prepare, generate, and submit technical documentation and project records in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements
Provide ongoing support during the construction phase, addressing technical, operational, and coordination needs
Implement and manage project safety and risk management programs in compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Ensure a safe and compliant work environment for all personnel on site
Participate in and maintain required training, certifications, and professional development programs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Foundation, Procore, Primavera, MS Project)
Strong understanding of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Master's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
PMP or similar certification
