This role focuses on ensuring regulatory compliance and risk mitigation through a technically grounded approach.

Responsibilities
Define and maintain the AI control framework aligned with COSO, COBIT, NIST, and internal standards
Design technical and operational controls across the AI lifecycle, including:
Training and validation data controls
Model explainability, robustness, and bias management
Monitoring, performance tracking, and retraining
Work closely with technical teams to ensure effective control implementation
Define control evidence, testing approaches, and control metrics
Support self-assessments, 2LoD reviews, and internal control activities
Qualification
Required
Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or similar
Experience in internal control, technical compliance, or IT controls
Knowledge of control frameworks such as COSO, COBIT, or NIST
Preferred
Experience in MLOps, Data Governance, or Model Risk Management
Certifications related to internal control, IT risk, or compliance
