This position involves overseeing the security, safety, and rentals of the McColl Pond Environmental Learning Center while providing excellent customer service and maintaining the facility.

Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service and greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner
Open and close facilities as needed
Assist with all audio/video needs
Advise customers of what is expected of them during their reservation and of the facility
Assist with Music In The Park performers on Wednesday evenings
Greet renters and monitor tournaments at Community Park and picnic shelters as needed
Ensure E.L.C. rules and policies are being followed by guests
Keep the facility picked up and clean at all times inside and outside
Perform semi-skilled custodial work including sweeping, mopping, maintain supplies in restroom, general cleaning of restroom facilities and other related facilities and equipment
Adhere to and promote safety rules and regulations
Alert appropriate public safety personnel in the event of a medical emergency, unruly behavior, domestic disturbance or fire and document incidence
Monitor building equipment including lighting, air system, audio and video equipment and alert appropriate personnel in the event of a system failure
Work cooperatively with other divisions and departments in the maintenance of the E.L.C
Qualification
Required
High school graduation or any equivalent combination of experience and training which provides the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the work
Possession of or ability to obtain a valid driver's license
Must be 18 years of age or older
