Must Have : Service Management and CRM Front End Experience
ABAP Objects, Enhancement Framework (BAdIs, User Exits)
BOL/GENIL Framework and WebUI Component Workbench
CDS Views, OData, RAP/Fiori Elements
Middleware Integration (CRM ↔ ECC/S4)
Proven experience in Service Management processes, such as Service Orders, Confirmations, Warranties, and Billing
Understanding of S/4HANA data models for Customer Service (C4C, FSM)
Experience working with SAP Cloud Integration (CPI) and APIs
Familiarity with Fiori/UI5, SAP Gateway, and Business Workflow
Excellent debugging, performance optimization, and documentation skills
Strong communication and stakeholder management experience in a client-facing role
