Responsibilities
Manage a caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters from pre-litigation through resolution
Handle all aspects of litigation, including discovery, law and motion practice, court appearances, depositions, and trial preparation
Draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and legal memoranda
Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex and high-value cases
Maintain high standards of client communication and case management
Qualification
Required
Plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing with the California State Bar
Exceptional analytical, legal research, and writing skills
Strong oral and written communication abilities
