Responsibilities
Review and analyze personal credit reports with guidance and training
Identify utilization issues, inquiries, and potential approval blockers
Assist in building funding strategies and credit stacking plans
Support the execution of funding applications and lender follow-ups
Communicate with clients via phone, email, and CRM
Walk clients through documentation requirements and next steps
Provide updates, reminders, and follow-ups throughout the process
Help ensure a smooth and professional client experience
Submit and track applications with lenders and underwriting teams
Maintain organized notes and updates in CRM systems (GHL experience is a plus)
Track approvals, outcomes, and timelines in CRM or Google Sheets
Coordinate with internal team members to move files forward
Qualification
Required
Comfortable reviewing financial or credit-related information (training provided)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Detail-oriented and organized
Able to work independently and manage deadlines
Tech-comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and online tools
Must be available during US business hours
Must reside in the United States
Preferred
Background in business funding, lending, credit repair, underwriting, or related sales roles
Experience with credit reports or funding workflows
CRM experience (especially GoHighLevel)
Client-facing or consultative sales experience
Financial services or fintech background
