Responsibilities
Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and network teams to provision and maintain servers, storage, and connectivity
Configure and maintain integrations with SAP (ECC, S/4HANA), web applications, Citrix, and other supported systems
Manage Worksoft databases (typically SQL Server), including backups, restores, and capacity planning
Diagnose and resolve application, server, agent, and execution issues related to Worksoft components
Analyze logs, execution failures, and performance bottlenecks; provide root cause analysis and corrective actions
Serve as the primary escalation point for Worksoft platform issues and coordinate with Worksoft vendor support as required
