Responsibilities
Business Development – Source and cultivate relationships with private investors, institutions, developers, and brokers nationwide
Transaction Management – Lead deals from listing through closing, including underwriting, pricing strategy, negotiations, and due diligence coordination
Client Advisory – Serve as a trusted advisor, delivering data-driven insights, strategic positioning, and market intelligence to maximize value for clients
Collaboration – Work closely with SAB Capital’s marketing, research, and leadership teams to deliver best-in-class execution
Market Expertise – Stay ahead of trends in the net lease sector, identifying opportunities for clients and proactively bringing them to market
Brand Building – Represent SAB Capital through thought leadership, whitepapers, and targeted social media presence to increase visibility and market penetration
Qualification
Required
2-5+ years in commercial real estate investment sales, preferably with net lease, retail, or capital markets focus
Demonstrated history of closing transactions and meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and deal management skills
Entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and accountable with a desire to grow personal income and market share
Active real estate salesperson or broker license (New York preferred; additional states a plus)

Existing client and broker relationships in the net lease or investment sales space
