Senior LevelOP Consulting Group LLC is seeking a PeopleSoft Payroll Functional Lead to configure a new payroll structure in PeopleSoft. The role involves data conversion, building integrations, and supporting testing and production cutover processes.

Responsibilities
Configure a new payroll structure in PeopleSoft (company/corporate structure, pay group(s), calendars, earnings, deductions, taxes, costing, security, and controls)
Rationalize and reuse PeopleSoft earnings codes where applicable to avoid duplicate codes, and maintain a controlled crosswalk/mapping
Perform data conversion for to move approximately 1300 physician employees to the newly created Positions, Paygroups and Benefits Program structures
Build and validate required integrations (Banking/ACH, GL, benefits vendors, CIR-related remittance as applicable)
Support the execution of testing, parallel payroll, production cutover, and hyper-care
Comprehensive testing plan: overall testing strategy covering unit testing, SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll, including entry/exit criteria and reconciliation requirements
