Responsibilities

Manage all business-related tasks and workstreams in tandem with an IT Project Manager
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of major business projects, ensuring all non-technical milestones are met
Serve as the primary bridge between executive stakeholders and operational teams
Utilize Agile and Waterfall methodologies to maintain project velocity and organization

Qualification

PMP CertificationAgile MethodologiesProject ManagementHealth Insurance ExperienceCommunication SkillsOrganizational Skills

Required

7+ years of dedicated Project Management experience (strictly Business/Operations focused)
PMP Certification, related PM certification, or equivalent advanced education is required
US Citizenship is mandatory
Ability to complete a Senior Project Manager (Non-IT) Assessment as part of the application process
Reliable high-speed internet for a fully remote environment
Bachelor's (Required)
Project management: 7 years (Required)
Project management lifecycle: 7 years (Required)
Certified Project Manager (Required)

Preferred

Previous experience in Health Insurance or leading Insurance-sector projects is highly preferred
Agile certifications (CSM, PMI-ACP) are a significant plus
