Responsibilities
Source, advise, and close private investors on exclusive real estate investment opportunities
Operate without provided leads (initial phase)
Close your first 1–2 deals independently to validate fit and performance
Work directly with the founders and executive team
Potentially represent Onivius in private events, conferences, and investor meetings
Potentially be invited as a co-host in events to accelerate deal flow and close investors on-site
Close 1–2 high-ticket investment deals per month with HNWI / VHNWI / UHNWI investors
Represent Onivius as a trusted investment reference
Leverage events, build strategic partnerships
Contribute directly to Onivius credibility, visibility, and growth
Qualification
Required
A proven closer in high-ticket deals
Comfortable with transactions $1M+ investments
Able to generate deals without inbound leads
Confident with sophisticated, demanding investors
Results-driven, disciplined, resilient
Comfortable being accountable — no excuses
Hunter profile (Laser)
Experience in private investments, real estate, wealth management, or high-ticket advisory
A strong personal or professional network (or the ability to build one fast)
The mindset of an entrepreneur, not a salaried employee
