Salesforce Supporting Admin
ASK Consulting is an award-winning technology and professional services recruiting firm servicing Fortune 500 organizations nationally. They are seeking a Salesforce Supporting Admin to assist the MX B2B Sales Operations team in maintaining and supporting Salesforce processes and systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data management and reporting.
Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and integrity
Support the creation and management of Salesforce reports and dashboards for MX B2B sales performance tracking
Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues
Assist in implementing new Salesforce features or updates as needed
Provide administrative support for Salesforce user training and onboarding
Create ad-hoc reports in Salesforce as needed
Qualification
Required
All candidates must be directly contracted by ASK Consulting on their payroll and cannot be subcontracted

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
1-2 years of experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, with strong report/dashboard development skills
Experience with Salesforce CRM and its functionalities
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
MS Power Point, Excel (proficient)
Experience with Salesforce administration or a similar role, and strong report/dashboard development skills
Experience with Salesforce reporting tools and automation features, plus knowledge around Salesforce API, extensions, plug-ins, etc
Preferred
Experience working in a B2B sales environment
Knowledge of data management best practices
