Manage and prioritize an active caseload across multiple practice areas
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and estate planning documents
Conduct legal research, fact analysis, and case strategy development
Appear in court for hearings, negotiations, and proceedings
Support mediation, settlement discussions, and trial preparation
Communicate directly with clients and maintain case files
Coordinate with paralegals and legal assistants
Track time and support billing narratives
Qualification
Required
2–5 years of relevant experience in family law, criminal defense, estate planning, and/or probate
Strong legal writing and document drafting skills
Ability to manage deadlines independently
Licensed in North Dakota or ability to obtain licensure promptly
Preferred
Courtroom or hearing experience
