Responsibilities
Support all administrative duties within the department
Organize logistics, including shipping (both international and domestic) & local messengers
Maintain Celebrity & Influencer closet sections, ensuring clean and organized areas
Coordinate with Celebrity Assistant & Influencer Coordinator in regards to requested look/sample availability; assist with pulling samples
Fielding incoming & outgoing samples, keeping detailed records of loan outs (The Vault)
Support gifting initiatives within the department
Event preparation for fashion shows, brand celebrations, and more
Qualification
Required
Entry-level, ready to break into the fashion industry with relevant industry internship experience
Ability to work in NYC office 4 to 5 days a week
Proficient in Microsoft Office & Google Drive
Pop culture and social media savvy, in the know of current trends across social media and celebrity
Preferred
Well-versed in the world of celebrity, influencers, and content creation
Highly organized, ability to manage logistics, calendars, and inventory
Works well in a fast-paced environment; flexible and adaptable
Strong written & verbal communication; team-oriented with a can-do attitude
A proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with PR/CRM tools (Launchmetrics, Vault, or similar)
