Business Analyst (Invoicing Migration Analyst)
KellyMitchell Group is seeking a Business Analyst (Invoicing Migration Analyst) to join their team. The role involves analyzing and managing the invoicing migration process, collaborating with various stakeholders, and ensuring compliance throughout the migration process.

Responsibilities
Identify, analyze, and locate applicable Statements of Work (SOWs) required for invoicing migration
Map third-party resources to SOWs using SAP Fieldglass Profile Worker data
Validate supplier spend, headcount, contract timelines, and expiration data for targeted vendors
Complete and maintain migration templates with accurate financial, cost center, and remaining budget details to support onboarding into SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba
Partner with suppliers to confirm invoicing channels, readiness, and migration timelines
Support supplier onboarding activities for Fieldglass and Ariba, including collection of W-9s, banking details, and account setup
Assist with communication and execution of Third-Party Administrator (TPA) agreements required for Fieldglass migration
Collaborate closely with Procurement, Finance, Legal, and system leads to ensure alignment throughout the migration process
Ensure all migrated vendors and contracts meet compliance requirements for invoicing within Fieldglass or Ariba
Track TPA execution and validate alignment between contracting entities and associated SOWs
Work with Procurement and OGC (Legal) to review, amend, and remediate SOWs as needed to support migration readiness
Prepare and deliver completed migration templates to SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba implementation leads
Support testing, validation, and loading of SOW data into production systems for approvals and invoicing
Participate in daily or weekly stand-ups and maintain status trackers to support prioritization and stakeholder communication
Monitor end-to-end migration progress, including supplier onboarding, TPA negotiations, and invoicing readiness
Maintain accurate and audit-ready records of migration activity to support TPL governance and reporting dashboards
Provide regular status updates to the Contract Migration Lead and/or Project Manager
Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and support mitigation and resolution efforts
Qualification
Required

Strong analytical skills with demonstrated experience in data validation, reconciliation, and tracking
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders and suppliers
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced, transformation-driven environment
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience using structured tracking tools and templates
Knowledge of procurement operations, contract management, and compliance requirements
Experience supporting procurement, vendor management, or contract administration functions
Exposure to large-scale system migrations or process transformation initiatives
Familiarity with SAP Fieldglass and/or SAP Ariba or strong aptitude to learn quickly
Understanding of Third-Party Labor (TPL) policies and invoicing workflows within enterprise environments
