Responsibilities
Perform sales consultations and educate clients on laser hair removal
Promote and recommend treatment packages
Assist clients with questions or concerns about treatments
Actively seek client reviews and referrals
Lead and manage a team of 2-3 employees
Complete employee work schedules
Foster a culture of world class customer service
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Reside in close proximity to both a Milan Laser clinic and a major airport
Ability to fulfill the 100% travel schedule (Duration of coverage 18 overnight stays)
Flexibility for weekend coverage and travel
Proven success in sales and team leadership
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to maintain highly confidential information
Intermediate computer skills
Possess a valid driver's license and ability to rent a vehicle
Be able to lift 20-40 pounds
