Digital Media Strategist

Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated paid media strategies across search, social, display, and programmatic channels to meet lead and revenue goals
Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns—audience segmentation, bidding, creative tests, and landing page alignment
Define measurement frameworks: implement tagging, UTMs, GA4 tracking, attribution models, and performance dashboards to inform decision-making
Manage media budgets and pacing; monitor ROAS, CPL, conversion funnels and reallocate spend to maximize ROI
Collaborate with content, demand-gen, product, and analytics teams to align creative, messaging, and offers with target personas and funnel stages
Run A/B tests, produce regular performance reports, and translate data into tactical optimizations and strategic roadmaps

Strong analytical skills—experience building dashboards and translating channel data into strategic recommendations
Experience working with cross-functional teams and third-party agencies to scale campaigns and creative testing
