HR Generalist
Career Development Advisors partners with organizations to hire and develop the right talent. They are seeking an HR Generalist to manage and implement various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives.
Responsibilities
Managing and implementing various human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and training initiatives
Facilitating hiring processes
Maintaining HR records
Supporting compliance with policies and employment laws
Enhancing employee engagement
Assisting with HR strategies and contributing to staff development efforts to support business objectives
Qualification
Required
Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and candidate screening
Knowledge of employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
Familiarity with HR compliance, labor laws, and organizational policies
Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
Proficiency in HR software and tools, with strong organizational and analytical skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
Preferred
PHR or SHRM-CP certification is highly desirable
Prior experience in an HR Generalist role is preferred
