Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of construction projects, approximately 10-12 per year
Utilize Procore software as a user to streamline project management processes
Employ MS Office and Bluebeam for project documentation and communication
Conduct handoffs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure seamless transitions
Collaborate with a team of 5 project managers, with a requirement to expand by 1-2 additional managers
Qualification
Required
Experience in construction, project management, and field engineering
Proficiency with DSA regulations and processes
Familiarity with Bluebeam and Procore is highly advantageous
Utilize Procore software as a user to streamline project management processes
Employ MS Office and Bluebeam for project documentation and communication
