Responsibilities

Draft, refine, and argue dispositive and non-dispositive motions
Conduct legal research and develop strategic arguments in high-stakes disputes
Prepare pleadings, briefs, and memoranda with accuracy, clarity, and persuasive structure
Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop litigation strategy, case themes, and positioning
Take ownership of assignments and proactively drive matters forward
Manage multiple deadlines and projects while maintaining high-quality work product

Required

2–4 years of litigation experience (law firm experience preferred)

Self-starter mindset with accountability, initiative, and strong follow-through
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively
Admitted to practice in New York
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active New York Bar admission required
