Responsibilities
Defend a variety of civil litigation matters, including construction, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, and commercial disputes
Manage cases independently from inception through resolution, including discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
Represent clients in trials, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings
Work collaboratively with partners, clients, and litigation teams to develop case strategies
Qualification
Required
Active South Carolina law license with 8+ years of civil litigation experience
Proven ability to handle cases through trials and arbitrations
Strong litigation skills, including research, writing, advocacy, and case management
Preferred
Demonstrated experience defending civil litigation preferrably in construction litigation, products liability, professional liability, premises liability, or commercial litigation
